Our registration process is very straightforward and will take only a few minutes. Please find the camp you are interested in and click on the Register button to begin the process. You will be asked to enter information about your camper such as name, date of birth, shirt size, grade in school for the upcoming 2019-20 school year. When you are finished with the registration, you have the option of creating another registration (if you want to register another child or a second camp for the current child) OR continuing to the checkout process. If you do not want to pay at time of registration, you can specify that. Please know that your campers spot will not be reserved until we receive payment.
Checkout Process: When you have completed your camp registration, you will be directed to your shopping cart to complete the checkout process. If this is the first time you have registered a camper on our web site, you will be required to submit additional information (your name and address). Once you have entered this information and have established a billing profile, you will then be asked to choose a payment method. Your options are to pay with a credit card (via Square) or to mail us a check. If you choose to pay via check, please note that your spot in the camp will not be held until we receive payment. All transactions with Square are completely secure and we do NOT store any credit card information on our systems.
User Account: We strongly suggest that you setup an account on our web site before beginning the registration process. You can do so by clicking on the Login/Register menu option on the front page of the web site. If you choose to register your camper without first setting up a user account, an account will be setup for you upon completion of the checkout process. You will receive an email from the web site once checkout is complete with instructions on how to claim your account. By establishing an account, this will allow you to view information about your registration and on-line order from your account page.
Important Notes:
If you are not logged into our web site when filling out the registration, please complete the checkout process or your shopping cart will be emptied within 3 hours and your registration will be marked as "Cancelled".Payment is not required when checking out, you can indicate you are going to pay by check
