Amerileagues Event Registration Forms

All participants are REQUIRED to have a Registration Form, Liability Waiver Form, Photo Release Form, and Emergency Contact Form filled out before being allowed to participate in an Amerileagues camp, clinic, tournament, or league. Please take a few minutes to complete each of these forms and then pay the registration fee online. Your child will not be considered as enrolled until online payment has been received. Please note that you must specify one emergency contact for your child and optionally a second contact. Thank you!
